Cancellation policies for shorter stays

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded

If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, 100% will be charged for all nights

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
Long-term cancellation policies for monthly stays

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

If cancelled after that, 100% will be charged for all nights

If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, 100% will be charged for all of those remaining nights
Please note all cancellations and refunds are subject to a processing fee of which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or refund request.
